Registration and Tuition Policy:

A $55 per year registration fee (non-refundable) is due for each student. This fee includes the cost of registration as well as concert costs throughout the year. Tuition can be paid in full in advance of lessons or in an installment plan that is outlined on the registration system. Lessons will not be given until registration is complete and the payment process has begun.

There are 22 weeks in the Fall 2017 semester, which runs from September 1st to January 31st. The full semester tuition fee entitles the student to 16 lessons within that time frame. For prorated tuitions, the fee entitles the student to the agreed-upon number of lessons within that same time frame.

Planned absences must be discussed with your teacher at least one week in advance.

For absence due to illness or emergency, please contact your teacher to cancel by noon on the day of your lesson.

If no notification has been made to the office or the teacher in advance or by noon on the day of your lesson, you will be charged for the day and the missed lesson will count as one of your allotted classes in the semester.

Two excused absences that have not been made up during the semester may be carried over into the following semester. No refunds will be made for unused lessons.

After the original 16 lessons a student has registered for have been completed, additional lessons are highly recommended and are available to be purchased individually through the Conservatory Administration office.

All lessons must be pre-paid. IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED AND PAID FOR YOUR LESSON, YOUR TEACHER RUNS THE RICK OF NOT GETTING PAID FOR THEIR TIME. It is at the discretion of the teacher to turn unregistered students away for their lesson.

New Students:

Registration is ongoing throughout the year. New private students are required to take four (4) lessons. Payment for the four (4) lessons is due at the time of registration. No refunds. Students who decide to continue will be enrolled in the pro-rated semester and must pay the registration fee at that time.

Fall Semester: September 1st through January 31st
Spring Semester: February 1st through June 30th

Students may withdraw from the Conservatory upon giving two weeks written notice to the Administrator. Billing will continue, and financial responsibility will remain up to, and for two weeks following the receipt of such notice. A refund for any remaining tuition will then be issued to the family. However, if no written notice is given of the withdrawal, the family is wholly responsible for the total tuition for the semester with no refund issued.
