Outreach to the Community

The Monmouth Conservatory of Music is committed to reaching out to the community with an emphasis on underserved and vulnerable populations. In addition to educational programs and performances for public schools, Conservatory students and faculty frequently perform at assisted living/retirement communities; hospitals/hospice facilities; art forums, community fundraisers; and municipal events. Outreach programs are an important part of the Conservatory educational experience and provide students with a special opportunity to bring the joy of music to the community.

The Leon Knize Concert Series

Established shortly after his death in January 2009, the Leon Knize Concert series presents professional Guest Artists performing the great music that Mr. Knize cherished. Donations to the Conservatory in his name will fund the concerts so that they can be offered to the community with no admission charge.

The Felix Molzer and Irina and Vladislav Kovalsky scholarship funds allow us to maintain the Conservatory's commitment to help aspiring music students reach their potential regardless of ability to pay.  If you would like to help us continue to provide these musical opportunities to our students and communities, please consider a donation today.

Your contributions support scholarships for aspiring music students, group programs & master classes. It also helps the Conservatory to attract outstanding faculty and acquire & maintain musical instruments.

Supporters may also direct their gift to one of the Conservatory’s music education, performance and community initiatives. See below. For more information please contact Jennifer Tardibuono at 732-741-8880 or via email
